We can all do our little bit to save the world. NEWS offers a place to do this with other Namibians. We inform and inspire how to live more sustainably and happily, in a healthy environment. NEWS is especially for young people, because today’s decisions will affect your life for a long time to come. NEWS is about you! Through NEWS you can have a voice in environmental matters concerning Namibia! And this is what we do:

NEWS offers talks, articles, access to science and much more to learn about our environment. Knowledge is power: with better knowledge about how nature works we can better protect it while still benefiting from our natural resources.
Have Fun
Join NEWS on outings and immerse yourself in nature. Sharing outdoor experiences is fun and brings us closer to our amazing nature and wildlife.

NEWS strives towards a balance between development, economic growth, equality and sustaining a healthy environment. We collect information, bring together stakeholders, foster discussion and debate - all that is needed to facilitate positive action.
